Im Grateful for:
once again being able to see another day.
the Creator for blessings granted and those that will be....you are my strength even though i dont tell you enough!
a cousin...that became a friend...but is more like a sister. We love you and look forward to your return.
bosses that at times see past the bottom line to show their human side.
my new cousin/niece London....i got you, lil mama, for life!
Meshell Ndegeocello...for the music that brings me peace.
kids that keep me laughin and smiling...even when they hit that nerve and have me sounding like my mother.
family and friends that have passed on..for bringing some light into my life.
those friends that bring light into my life, NOW, by offering their shoulders and ears.
women that look past the height and lack of material things....and just see the man.
Grey's Anatomy that starts this Thursday....but why is it showing at the same time as CSI? damn, damn, damn!
i said it before but.....all of you for reading this brothers blog and responding. Thank You for sharing the emotional rollercoaster of my life and reading my poetry.

Gotta set the DVR bruh, so you can watch one while the other is recording. I'm a CSI fan too (smile).
I love pieces like this. It shows us all that in spite of the negative that constantly surrounds us, there is STILL a LOT of good and for that we should always be thankful.
