Since i was too young to enjoy the P-Funk as a child, this is as close as im gonna get. yea, George and the Crew still come
around on tour but not like this!! this is P-Funk at its best. i smiling and getting my groove on while watching this dvd. it took me back to my younger days...long cars, red, black and green flags, afros and red, black and green picks! im in heaven.

i really wanted Jimi and a Band of Gypsys dvd but couldnt find it. after seeing soooo many great live clips of Jimi, i had to get a dvd...havent had a chance to watch it yet...but im looking forward to it!

i can remember seeing this show but i was still young but not really understanding it. Now, i can watch it and understand the genius that was Richard Pryor!

Black Wax
i had to get this one just to see the brother do his thing LIVE. his commentary on social issues at the time are a bonus as well. once again, i was a kid and knew shit wasnt right...but listening to Gil break it down is wonderful.

now i just have to find the time to watch them all....
